Artichoke softneck variety
Polish White garlic Artichoke softneck variety. Originated from Ronald Bennett of Holly, New York, near Lake Ontario, AKA “New York White”. Our Polish White has beautiful purple and soft white dappled skin. Akin to the severe cold winter climates of Upstate New York, Polish White adapts well to cold winter climates. Unlike most other Artichoke varieties, Polish White has very large cloves, and almost no small inner cloves, making them a chef’s delight in the kitchen.
