These softnecks are all in the artichoke family of garlic. They are all seed size but might have missing cloves, a small damage spot, or some other physical blemish. Nothing that would effect it’s quality as seed.
Artichoke Garlic characteristics: 8 – 10 cloves per bulb. 65 – 75 cloves per pound. Stores 6 – 7 months. Recommended for Zones 2-10. Generally mild in flavor.
