The Garlic Seed Foundation is an informal organization of growers and eaters of allium sativum, dedicated to its consumption and production. The Garlic Seed Foundation was created in 1984 by founder; David Stern, Rose, New York.

Oregon Tilth Certified Organic – Oregon Tilth is a nonprofit research and education membership organization dedicated to biologically sound and socially equitable agriculture. Tilth’s history begins in 1974, as an agricultural organization. Primarily an organization of organic farmers, gardeners and consumers, Tilth offers educational events throughout the state of Oregon, and provides organic certification services to organic growers, processors, and handlers internationally.

Salmon Safe – Based in Portland, Oregon, Salmon-Safe works with farmers to encourage the adoption of ecologically sustainable agricultural practices that protect water quality and native salmon. An independent, nonprofit organization devoted to restoring agricultural and urban watersheds so that salmon can spawn and thrive. Native salmon are a key species within the Pacific Northwest and their conservation is highly intertwined with the health of our larger ecosystem.
