We sell our food garlic in 1# increments and sometimes we just don’t have enough food size to make a full 1 pound. We have combined multiple varieties together to make these combo packs. Same fresh quality as always you just don’t know the specific variety you will be eating. Only the sub species.
Purple Stripes (hardneck): stores 6 months; generally sweeter when cooked; very popular for baking and cooking
Turbans (hardneck): stores 4-5 months; mild to medium flavor; generally easy to peel cloves
Creole (hardneck): 7-8 months; medium to sweet flavor
Artichokes (softneck): 6-7 months; milder flavor
