Polish Jenn – Porcelain Hardneck Variety. Native to Poland. It is very similar to Northern White Thrives in cold climates and stores well. Plants are beautiful deep green and tall. Produces very large white cloves with pink hues. Deep, rich flavor with a mellowness that sticks around for awhile. Cousin to Music garlic.
