Music is a porcelain hardneck variety. Our culinary garlic is the same as our seed, just smaller bulbs. This garlic has a spicy flavor and is popular to bake with as it has few large cloves. Easy to peel and use for eating raw, cooking, or pickling. Many customers use Music garlic to make delicious black garlic.
Music Garlic Characteristics: 4-6 large easy peeling cloves per bulb. 25-30 cloves per pound. Stores about 6 months. Medium to Hot in flavor
