Artichoke softneck variety. Our culinary garlic is the same as our seed, just smaller bulbs. You will receive either Kettle River Giant, Transylvanian, Early Italian Red, or Inchelium Red. There will be a label on the bag with the variety. The garlic will have beautiful purple or red hues. Artichoke garlic has good flavor and milder heat.
Artichoke Garlic Characteristics: 8-10 cloves per bulb. Stores around 6-7 months. Mild
