Description
Porcelain hardneck variety. Creamy white teardrop shaped bulbs with a slight rose tint and large “Brazil nut” sized cloves. As with most of the Porcelain garlic varieties it has a high allicin content and the flavor is hot and sulfurous when eaten raw.
4 to 6 cloves per bulb. 40 to 45 cloves per pound. Late harvest. Stores 5 to 6 months. Zones 1 to 7. Produces scapes. Hot.
