Artichoke softneck variety

Artichoke softneck variety. Cultivated in the Pacific Northwest: this softneck does well in maritime climates. The beautiful symmetrical bulbs may produce pure white bulbs, or sometimes they express dappled patches of lilac purple tones. Oregon Blue has a mild garlic flavor: great to eat raw in salsas and pesto. Please note: All orders placed now will be shipped starting the third week of October. Thanks!
