Jachlo Purple Hardneck Garlic

Purple Stripe hardneck variety.  Vigorous grower with consistent extra large bulbs.  White outer skins with a few streaks that get more red/purple as you peel, clove wrappers are dark red/brown. Flavor is spicy, especially raw, stores all winter.

Jachlo Characteristics:  8-10 cloves per bulb; stores through winter; hot; produces scapes
