Norquay Hardneck Culinary Garlic

Norquay is a porcelain hardneck variety.  Our culinary garlic is the same as our seed, just smaller bulbs.  This garlic has a spicy flavor and is popular to bake with as it has few large cloves.  Easy to peel and use for eating raw, cooking, or pickling.

Norquay Garlic Characteristics:  4-6 large easy peeling cloves per bulb.  25-30 cloves per pound.  Stores about 6 months.  Medium to Hot in flavor
